AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES
DONT BUY FROM MOSCHINO.COM
It’s so difficult to get the order and refunds and they charge for deliveries
Better stick with Versace and Department Stores that you know and trust because Moschino.com dosent value it’s customers

I bought a Moschino handbag and dress…
I bought a Moschino handbag and dress in Italy. Used the handbag less than half a dozen times. On Christmas Day 2022 I used the bag along with the matching Moschino dress I bought. I was encouraged by the shop owner to buy the handbag at the time as it matched the dress.Using the bag on Christmas Day the colour of the handbag started peeling off the bag! I thought I was buying leather for the price of the bag but instead it is plastic. I paid $AUS 300 for the bag. The bag is faulty and cannot be used as the plastic is peeling off all over he bag!
I have tried customer service in Australia …NO contacts! Spent hours in Sydney Australia, trying to locate a contact…probably 7hrs…trying to get through to a contact in Italy. Given this number from website and rang the number in Italy twice in January
2023 , 00113902 9475 9449 and left a message to contact me but NO RESPONSE! I rang during Italian work hours…AUS 10 hours ahead. The service is so inadequate for a multi million dollar business. I tried multiple times to find a Moschino contact in Australia but to no avail!
I am waiting for Moschino to contact me in Australia via this review or my phone message to Italy 10th and 11th January 2023 for a verbal reply and a refund on this handbag.
The handbag is faulty and second rate quality. If I paid $30 for the bag I would understand I was buying plastic but not $300. I bought a VALENTINO handbag on the same trip and have used it many more times than the Moschino and it is in PERFECT CONDITION still…as good as the day I bought it.
The Moschino bag is ready to be thrown out as i cannot use it any more in the condition it is in.

Omg love moschino bags purses however, the same cannot be said for their customer service. It is appauling shame on you.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. I think the way this company have dealt with me is absolutely terrible. Firstly they give me incorrect information re 10% discount for subscribing, then not receiving any emails regarding my order, to now being sent the wrong item in the post. . I have asked Eleonor S. And Mary L. 5 times in total - won't send
me the correct item nor give me details to make complaint. Instead completley ignore what I am saying disconnecting chat room Disgusting service for brand name. They are rude and know nothing about customer service. An absolute unhappy customer will not shop with them again ZERP STARS!!!

The worst fashion house
So, I buy a pair of shoes from Moschino in January, return the shoes the same month. We're now in April and still no refund. Brexit excuses, ignored emails, disconnected phone calls, flippant staff...the list goes on and still Moschino won't pay me back. Disgusting.

Worst customer service!
I would give it a zero if there is such an option!

Their website had some system hiccup, and that made me to place the same order twice. It was not my fault to begin with, and the live chat customer service person had admitted that their website could be 'overloaded' from time to time.

I found out the dual order problem and contacted them right away, within less than 10 mins after orders being placed. All I got was a NO. I was told that either of the orders could not be canceld even though that was all their fault. The live chat guy seemed to reply my queries with irrelevant answers. The usage of English seemed extremly odd, and I guess from the username given during the chat, the customer support seems to be based in Italy.

Anyways, it is just horrid. I had also paid the shipping cost twice thanks to their system errors. I was pretty much told that I need to sign for both orders, return one of them, and then request the refund of one shipping cost. Really a waste of my time! Even though the return is free! But why the order cannot be modified or cancelled in the first place?
Also, the live chat person seemed not very friendly!

Rude staff in store, unresponsive online.
Rude staff in store, stark contrast to other luxury brands, they do not seem to have any etiquette training. Shopped at the store in Kerry Center, Shanghai, China.The staff ignored me initially and all of them focused on two other customers. I think they knew them, however I have also bought from them previously. Later when I called for assistance and tried on a pair of shoes I was shouted at for walking close to the mirror. They didnt want me to walk off the paper packaging on the floor but never stated that before I tried it on. Never had a problem with such in any other luxury store. Online, the company in Italy is unresponsive to emails. When I messaged them about a return all I got was a generic email in Italian, when I wrote in English. Also they have no transparency when it comes to their ethics and sustainability practices. No mention of such on the website. Therefore I will be avoiding them in future.
